How StayValet works

This is what passive actually looks like.

One booking, from confirmation to five-star review. Witness every step lifted off your plate.

Follow the booking
The first minute

The booking lands.

The moment Sofia's confirmation arrives, StayValet moves. The welcome message is queued, your cleaner is asked to confirm, her CRM row is drafted.

Everything happened in the same minute.

A list you own

She becomes a guest you keep.

The row is created the moment she books. Her email and phone arrive when she completes the short registration form that gets her the door code.

Message past guests directly. One stay becomes a repeat booking, booked direct.

Cleaner coordination

The turnover books itself.

One tap and the turnover is locked in, nineteen minutes after the booking, before you would have thought to ask. Had she tapped no, the next cleaner on your list gets asked automatically.

She is reminded again the day before, and gets the entry details on the morning of. You approve the wording and the timing before any of it sends.

No chasing. Not this week, not any week.

Night shift

11:48 PM. A question.

Sofia is at the front door and the code won't take. On most listings this is a 1-star seed and a panicked morning. Here, it's four seconds.

You're asleep. The answer isn't.

Any language, same voice. French tonight, Spanish next week.
Hi, we're at the building and the door code isn't working??11:48 PM
So sorry about that, Sofia. The code resets at midnight, use 4482# and it will open. The handle sticks a little, push while you turn.11:48 PM · answered in 4 sec
Merci beaucoup, ça marche! À quelle heure est le départ samedi ?11:49 PM
Le départ est à 11h. Laissez simplement les clés sur l'îlot de la cuisine. Bon séjour.11:49 PM
Review collection

Checkout starts the quiet engine.

The follow-up most hosts never send: five touches across Airbnb's 14-day review window, sent on WhatsApp, the app guests actually open, timed and warm, never pushy.

70%+ of guests leave a review. The platform average is closer to a third.

Immaculate place, and the fastest host replies I've ever had, even at midnight. We're already planning September.

The receipt

Every handoff, handled.

That was one stay. Multiply it by every booking on every listing, and that's the job StayValet holds so you don't.

You were never needed.

Questions hosts ask

Answered plainly.

What operators want to know before they hand over the keys.

01 Will it sound like me?

Yes. We build from your actual messages, house rules, property details, and escalation preferences. You approve the tone before it handles a live guest.

Generic reply"Please refer to the listing for Wi-Fi details."
Your-property reply"Connect to Seaview_5G in the bedrooms. The password is the same one in your arrival message."
02 Is this another tool I have to manage?

No. It is a service, not software. There is no app to download, no dashboard to learn, and no workflow builder handed back to you. We build it, run it, maintain it, and deal with the moving parts.

03 What happens when a person is genuinely needed?

Anything outside the approved knowledge and rules is escalated with context. You receive the issue, what has already happened, and the decision needed.

04 Could I build this with a PMS and a few Zaps?

Yes, if you want to design the logic, connect the accounts, write the messages, test the failure paths, monitor the workflows, and repair them when an integration changes. StayValet is for operators who want that responsibility handed off.

05 Airbnb hides my guests' contact details. How do you message them on WhatsApp?

Your guests hand them over themselves. Every booking sends a short registration form, and completing it is how the guest gets their door code, so it actually gets done. Name, email, phone, and arrival details are captured before check-in, which is what puts the conversation on WhatsApp and fills the CRM row you own. Nothing is pulled out of Airbnb, and the Airbnb thread still gets answered where it needs to be.

06 Who owns the guest data?

You do. Your guest CRM is exportable and available for reporting, direct remarketing, and repeat-booking strategy. Every direct repeat stay also reduces your reliance on platform fees.

07 How long does setup take, and how much of it lands on me?

Seven days, end to end. Your part is a discovery call and a short intake: your properties, your cleaners, and how you like guests spoken to. We build everything else, watch it closely through the first week live, and keep tuning it after that. There is nothing for you to configure.
